Job Title: Electrical Estimator
Level: Fulltime Position, exempt
Location: Corporate Office, Portland OR (Southeast area)
Primary Responsibility:
Provide technical management of bid preparation through job close out documentation to the customer.
Qualifications/Preferred Educational Experience:

• Strong experience using Accubid and Change Order Pro software tools
• College degree or completion of Electrical Apprenticeship preferred; however, not required
• Excellent human relations skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Organizational skills
• Basic Microsoft Office experience, including Excel, Word and Outlook
• Commitment for continuous process improvement

Job Title: AutoCAD/BIM DETAILING SPECIALIST
Level: Fulltime Position, non exempt
Location: Hillsboro Jobsite
Primary Responsibility:
Responsible for AutoCAD/BIM detail­ing of electrical systems
Qualifications/Preferred Educational Experience:

• Four year technical or equivalent combinations of education and design experience.
• Minimum of three years electrical CAD detailing and 3D experience in a contracting environment.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Organizational skills – the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and detail oriented environment.
• Must have experience in AutoCAD MEP 2012, Revit and NavisWorks Manage.
